Choux Pastry

The beauty of Choux Pastry lies in its versatility. There are endless ways of presenting choux pastry, from your favourite fillings to the colour of your topping. Choux pastry can be a major attraction in your menu, buffet counter, etc.

A french dessert often served in weddings, it is a high cone of choux buns coated with caramel, and usually decorated with threads of caramel, chocolate, sugared almonds, etc.
